Target Audience

This activity is specifically designed for laboratory technologists, managers and clinicians involved in the use of diagnostic test results to guide rational use of antimicrobials and in antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) programmes.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the case, learners should be able to:

  • Solve real-world AMR cases that address the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, microbiology diagnosis and treatment of different bacteria/situations of global AMR concern
