The purpose of this three-part course is to strengthen knowledge around COVID-19 testing strategies; to facilitate critical discussions around current policies promoting safe environments for schools, workplaces, travel and mass gatherings; and to help develop an effective policy framework for decision making around current lockdowns and restrictions.

  • Understanding COVID-19 Testing Strategies: Review current COVID-19 testing technologies and strategies and identify major challenges to implementation of successful testing programs

  • Addressing Testing Challenges: Share best practices from selected countries and explore policy tradeoffs and evolving strategies to address implementation challenges

  • Policy Framework for COVID-19 Testing: Identify risk mitigation strategies with COVID-19 testing and discuss a COVID-19 policy framework
