Scaling up antigen rapid testing combined with rapid deployment of public health measures are needed to slow the spread of Variants of Concern and save lives and livelihoods. This evidence co-op has been established to support better and faster informed decision making based on collectively shared case studies.

Working with key regional organizations, such as Africa Centres for Disease Control & Prevention (Africa CDC), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Latin American Alliance for the Development of In Vitro Diagnostics (ALADDiV), and International Diagnostic Centre/London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (IDC/LSHTM); the Global Health Impact Group (GHIG) is bringing together health and non-health sector stakeholders to keep updated on the use of testing in combination with other public health measures to guide best practices across regions as economies begin to open.
